I am 16 years old. I come from Guanajuato. I've been living here in the shelter for 17 months waiting for my appointment to be able to cross to the United States. I come with my mom and my brother fleeing from my state of origin because there is too much violence and for a better future for my family. My older brother was helping a coyote. He was in great danger for his life after deciding to leave and live his life for Jesus. So we escaped we only our lives. I'm satisfied to be in this place because here I got to know God more deeply because in this place they sheltered us because we changed our lives
